There was an article in the current issue of "manager magazin" (German)
about this topic. Some outfit in the UK did a survey of the leaders of
major companies world-wide as to the major trends they saw in the coming
years (this is from memory, so the details may be slightly off). As I
recall, the top trend they saw was towards learning organizations!
If anyone wants the reference, I'll try to remember to bring in the
magazine from home tomorrow.
