Reward / Incentive (in material sense, e.g. $$, benefit) has
limitation. It is finite. Very soon it becomes suffocating.
Use whatever clever mathematical formula, matrix etc. it is
self illusion.
Whereas FOCUS on Personal Growth as Team member (Vision-Shared
Vision, Value, Knowledge, Wisdom...) it is infinite and open
windows to unlimited creativity and innovation.
