We have newly established a group studying on leearning organization,
within Eczacibasi group of Turkey. Eczacibasi group, is one of the oldest
and well known groups of Turkey, includes about 30 companies. Basic lines
of business are pharmaceuticals, sanitary fittings and tiles and paper
products (like paper towels) manufacturing.
At the moment we are in the stage of gathering information sources about
learning organization concept and studying those sources.
Now I believe I can have my first question: Are there any periodicals
devoted to this subject where we can keep track of what's going on in the
area ? I would appreciate any help on this matter.
