Safe learning environment. The environment can be either learning or safe.
People who need safety in every situation of their lives are not changing
anything. And the need of change comes with the results of the learning
process. Stability and safety do not lead to the improvement and change as
ir is comfortable enough to live.
Have you ever ebserved the HR market in e.g. Eastern European countries.
There is very big percentage of young people having high positions and
high responsibility level. Their posibility to learn very fast and
enterpreneurial skills which mainly goes to creativity and innovations
help the countries economy grow.
There is no limits for improvement and development - that's true. But
there has to be a strong push nad motivation for change from inside and
outside.
