Now I am going to move to another company called MAIER (Gernika, Bizkaia,
Basque Country, Spain). This company belongs to the same corporation than
LKS, but this one is a supplier of most of car producers in Europe and
produce some plastic components. My objective in this company is to deal
with knowledge and learning. I am really excited with this idea, even
though I am not sure how I am going to manage it. So, on next 10th March I
will begin this experience. My plans are learning, learning and learning
about learning organizations. I must be humble and think that the way to
learn is listening to other people who are into the stuff -a reticulate
point of view. I have heard so much about this concept that I perceive a
bit of confussion about it.
As a beginner in this listserver, for the moment I only can make
questions:
- does anyone out there manage knowledge and learning in his/her company
and feels successful? If so which are the keys for getting success? , ?any
experiencies in automotion industry?
- does anyone know some organized methodology -one that can be understood
by everyone- for implementing a learning organization? I would like very
much if I can contact with other people who are working in automotion
companies (suppliers, above all) and with similar responsabilities than
me.
I am sure that I can learn from many of yours. Thanks a lot!
