This is my first posting to the list. I am working on my Masters Degree in
Human Resource Development at Xavier University. In April I am doing a 30
minute presentation to my class on learning organizations. I need to focus
on the HRD professionals position in a learning organization. If anyone has
any information on this or is an HRD professional in a learning organization,
please share your experiences with me. What kind of actions does the HRD
professional have to take to help the learning organization progress?
Does any of this make sense? Or maybe someone has a suggestion for a
different angle on this topic...
