One published study, called a learning history, is the joint project
between Ford and the MIT Organizational Learning Center. The objective
was "to develop and study learning capabilities in a product development
team of more than 300 people, while having a positive impact on business
results." The study called "The Learning Initiative at the AutoCo Epsilon
Program 1991-1994" is available from the MIT Center for Organizational
Learning.

[Host's Note: This excellent learning history is available on the web, at
least a large part of the document is free on the web. It's at
http://learning.mit.edu
and look under "research" for the "AutoCo Epsilon Case" ...Rick]

Hope this helps,

Jerry Faulb
