Barry,

When I learned the S.M.A.R.T. acronym as applied to measurements/metrics it
stood for: Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Results-oriented, and
Time-constrained. Is your Trackable really the same thing as Measureable?
I guess I can make the case that Relevant and Results-oriented can be
roughly equivalent
