Literature on IT in LOs LO12149

Hello,

I am doing a thesis on IT in Learning Organizations.

I am looking for relevant literature on intranets, groupware and IT in
general that could be useful for Learning Organizations.

I have read an older thread on IT, but there were only URLs mentioned.

Any comments are highly appreciated!
