Thank you for the link. It takes vision to see the potential and often
"connectors" are trying to fit in or stretch the vision without a having
the role to define the vision so they get shot in the crossfire.
This reminds me of something I read many years ago about the future CEO
being a philosopher- setting values and cultural standards for the
organization.
