Duplicate msgs on list LO11972

Sorry, there are some gremlins at work and it appears that I have
distributed some msgs in duplicate. For some reason, msgs are appearing
in the in-queue for distribution a second time.

I'm looking the find the cause and I'll try to be extra vigilant. In the
mean time, please excuse any duplicate distribution.
