The IJOA is a scholarly journal which publishes original theoretical
and empirical articles dealing with national and international issues in
the following areas: (1) Organization theory, (2) Strategicmanagement, (3)
Organizational behavior, (4) Human resource management, and (5) Business
and society. It also publishes case studies, research notes, simulations,
teaching cases, and book reviews. It is published in January, April, July,
and October. Manuscripts must be prepared strictly according to the 1994
edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological
Association and will be reviewed by double-blind review process. Four
