Jeff Marchek and I plan on answer the questions raised by Rick Berger and
others about the difference between TQM and LOs tomorrow. . .perhaps
Monday, depending on our schedule.
Jeff and I are planning to use a "conversation" format, where he and I
talk about the issue. We were planning on answering it today, but we never
crossed paths.
I think it will be an interesting reply. We apologize for delaying our
response, but we've been busy with after Christmas work. Just before the
Christmas break we had an Internal Audit, and we're trying to get our
non-conformances under control.
