Replying to LO11666 --

Richard Berger asks if LOs need to be moral to be effective. Excellent
question. Since we can't even agree on what is moral, the answer must be
"no". On the other hand, for individuals in an organization to work toward
shared goals, there must be some level of 'trust' perhaps as expressed in
solutions to the Prisoner's Dilemma, and some expectation of predictable
responses to stimuli (eg 'learning'). Also, shared goals. Anything else?
