To all of you who have authored messages on Learning-org over the past
year: "Content is king" and all the wonderful content we enjoy is due to
you.
- Thank you for taking the time to read, consider, launch new threads and
reply.
- Thank you for deciding, looking at your words on the screen, "Yeah.
That's worth sending."
- Thank you for taking a risk. That's how learning occurs. That helps us
all learn.
- Many people have written me privately to say that learning-org has made
a difference for them. Helped them feel a part of a larger community.
Eased the loneliness of carrying this torch, sometimes feeling alone, in
their organizations. To all the authors, I wanted you to know about these
expressions of appreciation.
And, finally thanks, too, to the people who read. Even when you are
silent, your presence is felt here. You are a welcome part of our
community.
Best wishes for a wonderful holiday season and a very fine new year!
