Your story does suggest certain parallels with Roger Martin's HBR artcle
on "Changing the Mind of the Corporation" (11/12 - 93). He writes:
"...like individuals - the collective leadership of companies needs first
to look back, to find out the good easons why they have come to act as
they do. They get control of their future by examining their past. They
change by looking in, not out."
A very good article in its own right, and like David's well worth looking
at by those with an interest in LOs.
