In a former incarnation, I used what was called a "Team Characteristics
Workshop" to help team members establish and communicate their team
values. Through use of a videotape on team roles and extensive group
work, we established a number, usually 6, of characteristics which defined
the team values. The exercise takes about a half day. If you'd like, I
can send you more details after the first of the year.
