Are we not making our lives more difficult by the discussion on simbiosis
and learning? I believe that the greatest satisfaction in the learning
process is to see how others change their views as they learn to see
things from different corners, as a result of one's facilitation.
Although I tell my learning partners (a.k.a. as students), that we must
interact so that I can learn from them too and the learning process
becomes a holistic one, I feel great when I see them learn and enjoy it.
I do learn too from them, but I do not try to get a balance between what I
learn and what they learn to make the relationship a fair one.

In other situations, I don't think that we can or should force a situation
of fair exchange. This can even hinder creativity and interaction between
people. When publish our work we don't really know how many people wouold
benefit from it without any retribution to the author. In fact, when I
publish anything I would love for people to use regardless of whether I
get something in return or not.

I am probably not making a whole lot of sense....
