I have been approached by a local development funder (16 staff) to
facilitate a 2-day retreat/workshop which takes them from their present
conventionally reasonably healthy state (they get the job done and all get
on well but are pretty over-worked) to an unconventionally healthy state.
They want to explore their shadows and look into some of the deeper
un-nameable de-energising systems or loops they own. They sense that they
could be linking personal visions more closely to the organisational
mission. They feel willing to take risks and move into discomfort if it
can help them grow.

Anybody got some challenging, risky design ideas for digging deep?
