Replying to LO10750 --

Yes, I am suggesting that change is something that "just happens". We
always have something to say about it and never have everything to say
about it.

In response to a client the other day who said, "we've to too many change
intitiatives already - we should just have one", I suggested that they not
have any.

What was wanted was to see that development, education, specific process
change, etc was just a way of working - a way of life - and that there was
no change PROGRAM or INITIATIVE that anybody was interested.

Life is occurring and it involves learning, adaptation, change, process
.... what is this nonsense about specific programmes?
