Replying to LO10397 --

The Cognitive Health of the organization is being heavily researched in
Sweden, among other countries. The basis is a formal research program for
defining the cognitive health of various jobs and research roles. It
seems that work, learning, and influence competencies should be balanced
within any job or among any job set. Also in need of balance are the
following, collaborating and leading roles--- as well as past, present and
future-oriented work.

Finally, I am impressed with the emergence of new cognitive technologies,
each in one way or the other embedding humanlike forms of judgement or
decision-making in products and processes. Architechure, concerned with
controlling human interaction with the elements, becomes cognitive
architechure using buildings, walls, and the like to enhance the cognitive
activities of the people interavting with them.
