It is precisely the emergent stage, the discontinuous phase transition
which we have trouble grasping

the transitions:

from blindness and resignation to ambition and action

to trust and authenticity
which usually results in successful navigation of the complex and changing

and eventually joyful serenity - personal mastery in LO terms
