I am still learning what a "learning organization" really is. From what I
have seen, I think I will like it. You let me know if this fits in.
I am 26 yrs old working for a small software company (40-50 employees). I
am working toward setting up an Internal Training department. My main
objective is to be the central source for information regarding the
"tools" used by employees i.e. software, operating systems, hardware, etc.
I feel the better employees know how to use these tools better, it helps
foster less stress, allows greater focus on major issues and increases
efficiency and productivity.
This is far from a definite, but I am organizing strategies, methods and
ideas. Any info would greatly help.
