Replying to LO10063 --

Rol:

You mentioned (Replying to LO10020)that shortly after a training event
(e.g. within 3 days) the organization should show that it is serious about
digesting the training into their way of doing business. Later you add:

"If we send someone to training, before they go we want a plan in place
involving their supervisor and perhaps others to use the new tools
beginning on the Monday after they return from the training."

This indicates that the evidence of commitment needs to come even before
the training takes place. I agree with this wholeheartedly. That kind of
pre-commitment and planning has a profound effect on how the learner
attends to the messages within the learning event.
