Replying to Woody Davis's question on mental models:

The card game referenced was put together in a video by Joel Barker about
Paradigm Shifts. The impact of the card shuffling was striking. It made
you consider that perhaps many of the things we hold to be personal truths
are simply personal interpretations. In a learning organization trust
between individuals THE most important element. Without trust there will
be incomplete communication which can destroy the company.
