There's a great interview with our host in the September 1996 issue of
_Quality Progress_ magazine. I learned a lot of tidbits about both
Rick and this list.

The interview is on page 153 of this issue and is by Jim Clausen who
writes a column called "Cyberquality." This particular essay is
entitled, "Peter Senge's Ideas Live on Via the Learning-Org." The
column also includes some of Clausen's favorite quality-related URLs.
