You are absolutely correct. We do need to write this declaration.
I currently am unemployed but am thinking seriously about applying for a
job that looked like a good fit.

I have been mulling over the responses I might make to questions that would
be asked. Each time I think about my responses I think that somehow I
must speak from my heart and my head. I must inform the organization
about my philosophical and intellectual beliefs that frame my thinking
and behaving. I must note why I left my former organization, while not
focusing on its ineptnesss as much as I would focus on where it could
have been going and what it could have been doing...

I think this is an endeavor that all 2000+ people on this list could become
actively involved with - all of us part-time lurkers, full-time lurkers, active
voices - all of us learning as we order this document...
