Rick,

I'm not sure I have significant comments to contribute about what I want
the list to be as I am a newcomer to the list. I did want to respond
primarily to express my appreciation to you for managing the list and to
others for all I have learned during my short stay.

I throughly enjoy the wide range of discussion. I was one of those who
did well in school and enjoyed the intellectual diversity and discussions
that occurred. This list has allowed me access to more academic versus
practical discussions which gets the creative juices flowing.
Additionally, I have enjoyed hearing from other consultants and managers
about practices that are being implemented in the field.

I appreciate your willingness to allow appropriate advertising on this
list. I will be attending a seminar that I would not have otherwise known
about, if it hadn't been for the list.

What would continue to be helpful for me is to have discussions with other
managers who are attempting to foster learning organization concepts in
their organizations. I am interested in tools that are used--for example,
Ben Compton's "assumption lunches."

Thanks again for your assistance (and guidance regarding e-mail protocol!)

Sincerely,

-- Debbie
