I agree with Cherry's notions. There is a great need to ask ourselves
several crucial questions: Who designs(ed) the system? Who implements
it? WHo enforces the procedures, rules, etc. existing in the system? Are
there any mechanisms in place for members to question, check, suggest (or
even try) changes, and test results that may lead to improvements in the
system? And a very important question is also: Has the system become
what is possible in its members' mind?
