Chuckle. Actually my feeling is that effective management, like effective
child-rearing, has at its core, consistent behaviour. When I work with
managers, I stress this idea, that it is not sufficient to do X sometimes,
or even most of the time, but to strive for each and every time. I also
use that notion in team development work.
