I have had the joy of "reaching" an individual that had been written off
by a large organization years before. He blossomed into a real major
contributor once he felt that someone cared. So I enthusiastically agree
with you. Anyone who adheres to "three strikes and you're out" should
stick to baseball and not mess with organizations. In some of those, three
strikes is lots - many prefer ONE! These executives belong in the
Olympics...Keith
