My dissertation question is "How does the role of trainer impact
employee retention?"
I am particularly interested in the intereaction between Hispanic and
Anglo populations.
For example: Anglo Trainer with Anglo and Hispanic employees;
Hispanic Trainer with Anglo and Hispanic employees.
