Yeah, It's a tool and most probably relevant to virtual business
Who is to maintain it ?
Who is to own it ?
Who is going to the have the commitment to it. ?
The third.
What organizational learning do they want ?
What do they mean by organizational learning - information - interpretation
- observation -value adding etc. ?
The fourth
The database is the easy and exciting part
