I can see where there is great temptation in amending the meaning to suit
a "new" purpose, as in "customer satisfaction". However, in so doing the
mystical quality of the Golden Rule might then be lost or altogether
forgotten, that being the need as an individual spirit to see another
person as, in essence, themselves, as part of the same divine totality.
"As the drop is to the ocean...separate but in essence the same."

Would it not be better if we would concentrate more upon the the Golden
rather than the "platinum" rule, so-called? The purpose would then be
fulfilled which the "platinum" idea does not allow, or even imply. Have I
confused anyone?
