Replying to LO8130 --

Thanks, Winfried, for your wonderful comments.

I'm very sure that some of our native-english-speakers share the same
thoughts that you've expressed.

As host and organizer of learning-org, there are a couple of points that I
think are important...

1) Lurkers are welcome here. Anytime, all the time, permanent, temporary,
emergent, self-organizing, etc.

2) Although this is an English speaking facility, participants whose
first language is another tongue are very welcome. Over a long part of my
career, I got enormous insight from a French colleague who always had a
different way of looking at things. (He used to say that it was very
tiring for him to listen and speak in English.)

In general, I'm quite pleased with the warmth of welcome that is given
here for newcomers, students, and for people whose English is not
perfect. I'm most proud of what we're all doing here when the list as a
whole is a learning organization.

3) Delayed replies are welcome. Of course, some people will reply
quickly, but if there is something that has not been said, please feel
free, even if there's a considerable delay, to add your thoughts. The
asynchronous character of the internet should be used to our benefit.

And, finally, I think your English is excellent! Thanks for your comments.
