Thanks for the interesting data, Rol. I wonder, however, if it is really
telling us something about the workers, about the managers they work with,
or about relative distance from the sources of "knowledge" and "power". I
wonder, for example, if there are surveys which could tell us about how
"cynical" the mangement might be of the trustworthyness and integrity of
front line workers... Perhaps what the data is saying has to do with lack
of direct contact--person to person--and the unbalanced concentration of
power which, by and large, is perceived to rest in management.

What do you think?
