>What is the "organisation" of the learning organisation.
>Any takers?
>Michael McMaster
A good start would be takeuchi and nonaka's five principles:
-redundancy
-requisite variety
-autonomy
-intention
-fluctuation and creative chaos
Then add to that polanyi's canon that commitment underlies the human
knowledge creation process.
voila the learning organization organization
