Thanks for your insights...

Related to training requests that clearly aren't training needs I have
asked these questions:

1. What would you like to see happen as a result of the workshop?
2. What do you see in the workshop that will lead you to reach your outcome?
3. How receptive are you to other approaches?

These seem to help pull folks off "fixing" people and focusing on the
problem 1st.
