Joe, I love your response. I don't consider it an alternative but an
also.

One of the major problems of corporate life is dealing with numbers
and concepts which are at the wrong level. Dealing with individuals
is a very powerful way around this. That applies to customers - as
you say - as well as to the marketplace. The marketplace is not an
abstraction of advertising and marketing people. It is a real place
where real people engage in real transactions.

One on One is beautiful. Apply it to strategy, marketplace
exploration, knowledge development - and you'll get even more
returns.
