but it was for positive, outstanding programs...]

Why not start by nuking the label training. We [our society] 'trains'
animals [and most pet dogs get more individual attention than most
trainees. Along with that you could 'nuke' most diplomas and other
traditional awards that show an ability to jump through hoops.

How about helping people get recognition for what they know.

In which spirit I'll add a different address.
