I haven't actually done mind mapping, but Visio 4.0, a flowcharting and
diagramming package, has a mind mapping template with some really cool
shapes and connectors. It's in the low end of the $100-200 price range.
BTW, besides being fully-featured, it's also ridiculously easy to use.
