Marianne asks whether someone has created a picture to show how the five
disciplines interelate . . ..

At a conference last summer featuring Charlotte Roberts, she presented
this picture:

Roughly, you have four semi-independent triangles, with the
names in the dashes (-xxx-). From lower left to upper right
you move from the group to the individual. From the upper
left to the lower right, you move from internal to external.
But systems thinking serves as the glue to bind them
together.
