Some of you on this list have received the sample copy of what's called
The Training Media Toolkit CD-ROM. Well, now they've released the first
edition of the toolkit and trainers interested in getting a terrific guide
to all the videos and CBT programs on the market should definitely check
it out. I got a preview of it and it's a great resource.

They made it really easy to search through the CD-ROM's 6300 video and CBT
programs which are listed in 500 different categories. If you're looking
for a video about change, you just type in change and the disk lists all
the videos in that category. Because they have so many categories you can
really narrow your search down.

I also liked the fact they've included video clips so you can get an idea
of what some of the videos look like. Many of the descriptions also
include a review of the video which really helps.

The Toolkit also added a built-in ordering system -- right on the CD-ROM.
It can really simplify ordering, especially when you're ordering or
previewing more than one video. No paperwork!

If you want to get more information about the Training Media Toolkit
contact Media Alliance at (800) 866-5237 or send them email at
toolkit1@aol.com. I understand they are making some special introductory
offers.
