We are in the process of setting up a procedure for doing exit interviews
(or giving exit questionnaires) to the students that are graduating from
our program. If any of you are familiar with conducting exit interviews
or designing exit interview questionnaires, I would appreciate hearing
from your. In particular, I am interested in seeing what instrument(s) or
methods you have developed, how you came to choose them, and how you have
