I used to use "continuous improvement". Now i like "developing" or
development more, because to me it also means making things less
"envelopped", less hidden in layers of assumptions, clearing out mental
models, opening up the mummies found in the pyramids of classical
functional organizations. But perhaps the Dutch transaltion "ontwikkelen"
has a slightly different meaning.
