Replying to LO5882 --

Francis Wade said, about empowerment, "I'd add that someone who sees that
they're not empowered, or are not able to empower themselves, is someone
who can be trained to do so reliably and consistently. However, the
training must be "sourced" by the individual, either by asking someone or
hiring someone to be a coach for them."

This makes sense to me, although I have insufficient experience to confirm
it. I suspect the big step is the self-realization -- that I am not
empowered, and it is up to me to do something about it.

It is reassuring that people can resolve this issue consistently.
