CEO's should be able and willing to introspect.

I agree with this. I think that CEO's would need to have their
capabilities ramped up to be able to manage the dynamic and detail
complexity inherent in tracking organizational performance through
financial and other metrics, working in the present and plotting future
direction.

How could they ramp up capabilities? Maybe VR simulators tailored to
intelligence augmentation....
