I have been eavesdropping on portions of the conversation regarding
life-long learners. I apologize if I have missed any threads. However, I
have been thinking about what accounts for why some people seem to grow
into increased responsility and why others remain stuck in place while the
company passes them by? Does anyone have any ideas of characteristics of
managers/executives that continue to learn versus those that do not?
