Seeking a Side-Bar Conv. LO5467 -Reengineered out...

I am in quite a quandry as a healthcare manager being re-engineered out of
a job, but still has to do his job in spite of the impending doom. I
regret to use the insulting, overused, presumptuos "re-engineered" word,
but that is what it is being called by the mysterious "them".

I would like a side-bar/one-on-one with someone who has some expertise in
conflict management. Where better to look than here! I do not want to get
specific on the list, but I've contemplated looking to the LO list members
for over a month and have finally broke down and written a posting.

So, if someone would be so kind to hear me out, I would appreciate it.
