My thanks to those people who have replied to my original posting about a
pilot performance appraisal scheme I have been asked to evaluate.

So that this BBS doesn't get bogged down in this project, I suggest moving
detailed discussion off this list, to a group email. If anyone wants to be
involved, please email me and I will add you to the list. If you have
already responded, please don't email me again - you're on the list.

Please, please, please no lurkers. I wouldn't be able to manage a list
serving dozens of people. Have pity; it's just me, my little office and a
Mac here at this end. Ideally, I am looking for no more than a dozen
people.
